This notice describes how Isotope processes personal data received through this website and in the ordinary course of its work, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Danish law.
Controller
Isotope. Questions and rights requests: contact@isotope-capital.com.
Data we process
Only what you send us. If you use the contact form, that is the message itself plus any name, email address, and subject you choose to supply — name and subject are optional. If you write to us directly, it is the content of your correspondence. Our host processes technical request data (IP address, user agent) for delivery and abuse prevention.
We do not buy personal data, we do not enrich it from third-party sources, and we do not ask for special-category data. Please do not send commercially sensitive material before diligence is underway.
Purpose and legal basis
To read and answer your enquiry, and to keep the site secure. Legal bases are our legitimate interests in assessing inbound dealflow and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)) and, where you are approaching us about a possible transaction, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Who receives it
Personal data is read by the investment team. We use a small number of processors acting on our instructions: our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel Inc.) and our transactional email provider, which carries contact-form messages to our inbox. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Where a processor is established outside the European Economic Area, transfers are made under an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, together with a written data processing agreement.
What this site does not do
The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking technology — see the cookie notice. The mandate check runs entirely in your browser: your answers are never transmitted to us and nothing is stored. The sector wire is assembled on our server before the page is sent to you, so browsing it sends no request, and no personal data, from you to the news source.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as the enquiry is live and for ordinary record-keeping afterwards, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer. Abuse-prevention data is short-lived: the contact form's rate-limit record holds only a salted, irreversible hash of the request address and expires within minutes.
Automated decisions
We take no decisions about you by automated means and we do not profile you. The mandate check is a self-service tool that scores nothing about you personally, gates nothing, and sends us no result — anyone may write to us regardless of its output.
Your rights
You have the right of access, and rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability where they apply. Where we rely on legitimate interests you may object at any time. Write to contact@isotope-capital.com and we will respond within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk). You may instead complain to the authority where you live or work.
Changes
We update this notice when our processing changes. The revision date appears at the top of this page.
